I will always have very fond memories of Ron, spending all of my childhood and youth with both Ron and Rita. We would go strawberry picking in the summer, I loved this. Ron was always fun and kind to me and my twin sister. Ron and Rita were always there for us- me and my other siblings. I always remember Ron and Rita as a loving and kind couple, central and long-standing figures in the Kew community. Ron always had an interesting story to tell, whether it was about his childhood, his boxing days or living during the war. Ron was there for me when I moved to my new home, and he took me to the church on my wedding day when we were all knee deep in snow. He was always there as a friend to all, Ron and Rita became family members to the Hollingworths’. He is deeply missed. May he rest in peace, bless his kind soul.
